About
I am currently working as Interconnects Integration Engineer in the Logic Technology Division at Intel. Prior to this, I was a Ph. D. candidate in the Materials Science and Engineering program at The University of Texas at Austin, advised by Dr. Yuebing Zheng. My research interests lie at the intersection of nanofabrication and plasmonics, and optical materials. I received a dual-degree (M.Sc. Chemistry and B. E. Electrical and Electronics) at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India in 2013. During my final-year, I performed my theses at Forschungzentrum Juelich, Germany and University of Alberta, Canada. From 2013-14, I was working at Applied Materials in the process, diagnostics and controls (PDC) division. During summer 2017, I interned at Oculus Research (now Facebook Reality Labs), Redmond exploring new architectures for AR head-sets.
My research has been highlighted in multiple media outlets and journal covers. You can find more information about my research publications and media highlights here, and a couple of images and videos (flash required) here.
